Deposit: $300 reserves your space up to 4 months prior to trip. $500 deposit due therafter. Deposits are 100% refundable 4 months prior to trip, 50% refundable 3 months prior to trip and non-refundable therafter. Balance due 60 days prior to trip.

Arrival plans: Please plan to arrive in Cancun on TBA. We will assist you in arranging your ground transportation from the airport to the beach front condo in Akumal.

Accommodation: You will stay in a beautiful ocean front condo with a white sandy beach at your door step and you will be in easy walking distance to the many cultural events presented daily in this city.

Some Meals: Some meals are included in the price. *Check the tour itinerary for specifics. Meals are not included unless specified on the tour itinerary. Each day is planned to include time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We encourage you to try the unique and delicious cuisine of the Yucatan, but you will be able to find food you are familiar with too.

Ground Transportation: Included in the price is transportation to the ruins, beaches and towns and other sites on the tour. Whenever possible we will use local transportation to allow you the opportunity to get a sense of the day-to-day life of the people living here. So much of magic of the Yucatan lies in the warmth, attitude and lifestyle of its people.

Site Entry Fees: All entry fees to the archaeological sites, museums and the evening entertainment on the tour are included.

Guides: The cost of local guides who conduct tours of the ruins, cities, towns, cathedrals, caves, or any other guided destination on the tour is included.

Not included: Airfare to and from Cancun, transportation from airport to beach front condo, tips, meals not specified on your itinerary and travel insurance
