With a diverse itinerary that takes you through mystical explorations through the tropical cloud forest and active volacoes to the most magiestic beaches. You will explore the top rated national parks and beaches in the country as well as some secluded sacred places off the beaten track. From the Central Highlands, down the Pacific shores and over to the tropical Carribean coast, this journey has it all!!!

Trip Details

Lodging –the retreat price is based on double occupancy. Private accommodations are available by request and at an additional cost of $550. To experience a variety of Costa Rican culture, we will be lodging at various facilities including five star resorts, yoga retreats, eco lodges and locally owned hotels. All facilities have hot running water, private bathrooms, air conditioner, fresh linens, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Airfare – the retreat price does not include your roundtrip airfare to San Jose. It is a 3.5 hour drive from San Jose to the Tobacon Resort where we will begin our journey together. You can also choose to fly from San Jose to La Fortuna which is only 20 minutes from the resort. You will want to arrive as early as possible to take advantage of the resorts volcano heated hot mineral springs. Relax as the cascading waterfalls wash over your back and shoulders clearing away your traveling tensions.

Shuttle Service – the retreat cost does include shuttle service from San Jose. A uniformed guide will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. He will escort you to the shuttle bus which will carry you and other passengers to the resort making a few other stops along the way. A private shuttle is available at an additional cost of $55 that will take you directly to the resort.

Deposit and Payments – a deposit of $500 holds your space, 50% refundable up to 60 days prior to trip, nonrefundable thereafter. Payments are due as follows: 50% due 60 days prior to trip, balance in full 45 days prior to trip.

Meals – retreat price does include some meals, please check itinerary for details, only specified meals are included. Other meal options vary from resort dinning to local typical foods. There will be time allotted each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as frequent trips to the grocery stores and local farmers markets.

Optional Excursions – horseback riding, canopy zip line, snorkeling, guided hikes, surf instruction, massage, private channeling sessions, etc are all available at an additional cost.
