Deep Spiritual Work - This trip is about going to the top of the mountain and the depths of the forest - within your own Being. Mt Shasta is the Crystal Light City of Lemuria, The mystical coastline and majestic forest carry energies that bring you back to the ancient memories of who you are. This is a land filled with volcanoes, mountainous beaches and an ancient forest filled with the tallest trees on the planet. The energy vortexes that surround this area are immense energy centers for spiritual expansion and transformation. We will journey through these magical portals with sacred ceremonies, blending our hearts and communing with the Spirits of this sacred land.

Friday June 18th

Flights arrive, scenic drive to Mt Shasta, settle into our charming lodge, opening circle

Saturday June 19th

Morning: Ceremony ~ Stating our Intent, getting to know each other, communing with the Mountain and inviting the Spirits of the Mountain to journey with us

Afternoon: Leisure to explore this charming spiritual town and afternoon excursion to hike waterfalls.

Evening: Sunset Ceremony on the Mountain

Sunday June 20th

Morning: Morning Circle and Meditation

Afternoon: We leave for our all day excursion to The Shasta Waterfalls. These breathtaking waterfalls are a highlight of the trip. There is much to do and see in this natural paradise, nature trails lead through a beautiful park along a lake to a massive waterfall falling from above into a beautiful turquoise colored pool of water. Nature walks, meditations and relaxation are options to explore as the beauty of this scenic wonderland nurtures your soul!

Evening: Leisure time to explore the city, hike, massage or just relax and soak up all the wonderful Mt Shasta vibrations!

Monday June 21st

Morning: Circle & Meditation, Qigong exercise, Ceremony: learning to attune to the subtle energies of the Mountain

Afternoon: Then journey to the healing waters of Stewart Mineral Springs, a place where the Ancestors brought their people to heal. A hot Sauna, Sun Deck and high mineral content waters nurture the body and Spirit with purification and detoxifying.

Evening: Solstice Ceremony on Mt Shasta

Tuesday June 22nd

Morning: Depart Mt Shasta,

Afternoon: Lunch and shopping in Ashland OR, Drive the Redwood Highway through the Jedidiah Forest to the Oregon Coast with numerous breathtaking view points and majestic beaches along the way.

Evening: Check into Whales Head Beach Resort, Sunset on the beach.

Wednesday June 23rd

Morning: Opening Ceremony on the beach with Qigong circle to journey with the Whales and Ocean Spirits.

Afternoon: Leisure Day to relax on the beach or in your ocean view cottage with a jacuzzi bath on the deck, or explore the breathtaking beaches of the majestic Oregon Coast. There are beautiful hiking trails too. This is a quiet time day for massage, private channeling sessions, bodywork, meditation etc.

Optional excursions to neighboring beaches and vista points to hike and explore the abundant natural wonders of this area.

Evening: Sunset Ceremony on the beach around an open fire under the moonlight.

Thursday June 24th

Morning: Breakfast together at the Inn, Scenic Coastal Drive along the most breathtaking vistas on the Oregon and California Coasts into the heart of the Redwoods Forest.

Afternoon: Ceremony in the Forest to commune with the Ancestors and Nature Spirits of this ancient land. Then enjoy your own leisure time and quiet solitude hiking through the tallest trees in the world, enjoy a picnic lunch along a tranquil creek deep in the heart of the Redwood Forest.

Evening: California Coast bon fire on the beach. This beach is a magical portal to the other worlds! The energies here will stir your Spirit, the ocean winds are clearing and calming, the view is spectacular!

Friday June 25th

Today we explore one of the grand gems of the Pacific coast and the Redwood Forest – Fern Canyon! We will journey through the deepest part of the forest and end in a canyon full of natural wonder and amazement! An easy and leisurely all-day hike through the oldest and most majestic Redwoods on the planet into Fern Canyon with 80-ft cliff walls full of ferns and trickling waterfalls, the canyon leads out to an awe-inspiring mountainous beach along the California Coastline with breathtaking views in both directions.

Saturday June 26^th

A day to unwind and nurture your spirit in another one of nature’s splendid glories – Patrick’s Point! Enjoy a hammock under a shady tree, a soak in the gentle waters of Agate Beach Cove, hikes along the coastal trail, a moment of solitude or meditation on Wedding Rock with its breathtaking vista.

Refresh, unwind and rejuvenate your body and mind! Today is a day to totally let loose and let your spirit soak up all the energies of your trip. There is so much spiritual shifting during these trips, especially with the energies of Mt Shasta and the powerful forest and coast working with you...you will need this day to process, journal, ground and prepare to re-enter life at home. Channeling sessions, massage, bodywork etc will be available, pack at your leisure, nurture your Spirit and just BE! Whatever you need to complete your journey, this day will offer it to you.

Closing Ceremony on the beach with wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit.

Sunday June 27th

Depart the Redwoods for flights home.

Lodging - price is based on double occupancy and includes shared accommodations. Private bedrooms available upon request and at an additional cost.

$450 deposit holds space, nonrefundable after 60 days prior to trip, the balance is due 45-days prior to trip.

* Meals - are not included in this trip. We will have plenty of access to natural and standard grocery stores and restaurants. There are full kitchens in our lodging facilities. Guests can choose whether they prefer to prepare meals at the lodge or eat out. Pic-nic lunches will be planned and ordered ahead of time.
